What is CS practice management software?

How do clients send documents securely?
Documents enter the matter’s private vault at intake. Access is by controlled, presigned links that expire; sensitive identifiers such as DIN and PAN are masked at rest and on screen. There are no public URLs, so there is nothing to forward or leak.
Who can see client documents?
Only people in your firm’s workspace whose role permits it. Each firm’s workspace is isolated from every other firm on the platform, and access to any document is controlled and expiring — never open.
Does Dloter file with MCA?
No. Your firm files — filing is your professionals’ act, done by your people. Dloter organizes what surrounds it: the drafting, the review, the recorded client approval, and the filing evidence that must be attached before a matter closes. Dloter has no connection to MCA or any government system, and does not guarantee compliance outcomes.
Can clients approve drafts online?
Yes. Clients open an approval room under your firm’s name, read the drafts, and record their decision there. The decision is stored with who made it and when — a record, not a phone call.
How is this different from a shared drive?
A drive stores files; it does not know what a matter is. Dloter attaches every document, draft version, review state, approval and piece of filing evidence to a specific matter with its own checklist — and controls access with expiring links instead of shareable URLs.
